We are pleased to offer online scheduling to our clients. With a few clicks, you can make, cancel or change appointments by using your internet browser or the Simple Practice client app for iPhones. (Please note that this calendar is confidential; your name will only be visible to you and to our staff.)

After your initial appointment, we will send you an invitation email which will contain a link so you can set up an account with us in Simple Practice. If you can't find an appointment time that works for you, or if you have any difficulty accessing it, please message Dr. Murray.

Paperwork

​When you set up a Simple Practice account, you can complete all your initial paperwork online. Simply click on each document to fill in the necessary information and esign. You do not need to use a printer for this process.  

If you would like a copy of the HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices or our notice of office policies, you may access it from your Simple Practice account.
