Experience Balance... Life As It Was Meant To Be

Portrait by Doug Ostgard Photography.

Do you ever find yourself running from place to place and task to task, eating on the run, and collapsing on the couch when you get home, only to start on the treadmill all over again when the alarm goes off the next day? It's easy in this fast-paced culture we live in to feel pulled in several directions, wishing for more energy, motivation and focus. Boundaries between work and time off can easily become blurred, and our relationships can be lacking in the depth and intimacy we want and need.

Each of us has a creative, playful spirit inside ourselves that is truly unique and individual. When we feel grounded with a clear sense of our talents and vision for the future, we feel energized and confident in our decisions and actions, and life balance and holistic health are fully integrated into our lives. If, on the other hand, we feel unable to express our own spirit because of the demands placed upon us, we can feel disconnected and experience depression and anxiety. Addictions can happen when we reach for something outside of ourselves instead of addressing what our heart needs.
